I have a friend who is a postman and he enjoys telling me of all the strange things that occur inside the postal service: packages such as cling-wrapped bananas and engagement rings to recipients answering the door wearing nothing at all. It’s amazing to think how packages get from one place to another, often in only a matter of hours and crossing oceans, and while we should be grateful, there are times it can cause great irritation.
This short film by animation studio Alfred Imageworks is adorable with its frustrated roomba and cutesy space delivery ship while making a social comment in how the lazy postman goes about delivering a package without realising the magnitude of his actions.
